工作职责：
This role is part of Funding Team within FICC. Funding team is responsible for funding issue, ALM and assisting other business units within the department. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take include, but not limited to:1. Raise fund through different instruments such as MTN, REPO and other MM products;2. Perform lending/borrowing transactions dynamically in accordance to the funding positions;3. Monitor and ensure that regulatory and internal limits related to the business are adhered to;4. Perform in-depth research in money markets and monetary policy;5. Assist in managing the department’s funding position, cashflow and liquidity;6. Support margin account and collateral management for non CCP derivatives;7. Participate in the implementation and testing of the new treasury system;8. 任职资格：
